Fully International Cover

At Advantage, we believe in flexibility and that you should be free to seek your treatment, emergency treatment or routine preventative or restorative treatment anywhere in the world, be it where you live, are on secondment, or will be travelling to. For that reason our benefits are truly international - you may receive your treatment in any country. However, for your protection, the dentist providing your treatment must be registered and approved by the local national dentistry authority. Simply ask your dentist for details of their approval.

What is covered by

Advantage Dental Care plans?

Advantage Dental Plans cover a comprehensive range of preventative & restorative dental treatments and procedures. Whether seeking cover for accident & emergency cover, full NHS treatment reimbursement (UK resident members only) or high-level private treatment reimbursement, there is a plan level to suit your needs.

  • Routine preventative treatment – including check-ups, x-rays, simple scaling and complex scaling for gum disease.

  • Restorative treatments – including fillings, root canal treatment, extractions, crowns, bridgework and dentures. 

  • Accidental dental injury – additional annual allowance for treatment following a dental accident.

  • Oral cancer benefit – up to £30,000 towards the treatment of oral cancer if primary mouth cancer is diagnosed after the policy has been in force for six months

Failure to do so will delay the processing of your claim or could mean that your claim is rejected. Please ensure that your completed claim is submitted within 180 days of the completion of your course of treatment.
